Tuna Potato Casserole

Ingredients
- 2 c. Diced potatoes
- 1 pkg. (10 oz.) Frozen peas & carrots
- 1 can (6 oz.) Tuna
- 2 c. Basic white sauce
- Soda crackers
- Salt & Pepper to taste
Instructions
Cook potatoes until tender. Add peas & carrots and cook another 5 minutes. Drain. Put tuna on top. Pour white sauce over tuna and crumble soda crackers over all. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Serves 4
